GPT Arena does not guarantee that the Services, its servers, or any email sent from GPT Arena are free of viruses or harmful components. GPT Arena is not responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from use of the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

Indemnification
